BADDIE

Elizabeth Jackson

From Record to Recode ⌨️

Elizabeth Jason was sixteen when one reckless night rerouted everything. Wrong place. Wrong crowd. Right before finals week. She ended up in juvie with a record, a chip on her shoulder, and a public defender who told her, “You’re smart. Don’t come back here.” She didn’t. She got out, got serious, and got a degree in data science while working nights and dodging the weight of her past. Today, Elizabeth runs predictive analytics for a top logistics firm—turning chaos into clarity, patterns into strategy. She’s the one execs call when they need answers fast and real. But she never forgets where she started. She mentors teens in diversion programs. Speaks at community colleges about second chances. And when someone tries to reduce her to “former felon,” she just smirks and says, “Current badass.” Elizabeth didn’t become a Baddie by pretending her past didn’t happen. She became one by owning it—and using it to flip the algorithm.

Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Youth Mentoring programs

Elizabeth chose the Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Youth Mentoring programs because she knows exactly what one voice of belief can do. She didn’t have a roadmap after her arrest—but she had one mentor who didn’t write her off. That changed everything. BGCA’s mission to provide safe spaces, guidance, and real-world skills to at-risk youth mirrors the support she wishes she had earlier. For Elizabeth, it’s not about charity. It’s about payback—for the grace she was given, and the girls who just need someone to say, “You’re not a mistake. You’re a comeback story in progress.”

We're Giving it Back!

Banzai Baddies

POWER IN YOUR PALM,
PURPOSE IN YOUR POCKET

The Baddie Banzai Cards are more than collectibles. They’re declarations. Each one honors a real Baddie—a woman who fights, heals, builds, protects—and every foil-wrapped card comes with a 10% donation to that Baddie or her chosen cause.

You buy a Bat, you get a card, and you give back. That’s power with purpose.
