Quincey Thompson

From Rubble to Runway. 🔥

Quincey Thompson didn’t step into power—she built it from rubble. Born and raised in a trailer outside Tucson, she used to mix concrete with her uncles before school and patch drywall like it was a prayer. At fifteen, she ran from a house fire with nothing but a toolbox and her baby brother. By twenty-two, she was a licensed structural engineer—rebuilding homes, and herself, beam by beam. Quincey doesn’t wear power suits—she builds them. Literally. She runs a custom fabrication studio that outfits first responders, welders, and women in trades with gear that actually fits—jumpsuits with reinforced seams, flame-resistant fabric, and curves accounted for. Her brand, Forge Femme, isn’t just tailoring—it’s reclamation. Where others see damage, she sees blueprints. She once welded her own trauma into a sculpture titled “The House Didn’t Win” and sold it to fund toolkits for girls aging out of foster care. She’s inked in calloused fingerprints, speaks fluent torque specs, and will demolish your doubt faster than a jackhammer through drywall. She’s a Baddie not because she fights—but because she rebuilds what tried to break her.

Power First Responders Foundation

Quincey chose the First Responders Foundation because to her, they’re not just heroes—they’re the ones who show up when everything else burns down. She never forgot the firefighter who carried her baby brother out of their trailer the night it collapsed. No questions, no glory—just action. To her, giving back to them isn’t charity—it’s repayment. Because while she’s in the business of rebuilding, they’re the reason she got the chance.
